The Quality of Leader-Member Exchange, Engagement, and Performance: a Systematic Literature Review

چکیده

The past is history, the present accurate, and future uncertain. world also getting along with many lives organizations. Along within time, organizations are apparent leader-member exchange (LMX) that may be unavoidable, realized in form of any relationships social context. atmosphere brings forth engagement performance groups or communities. essential variables driving encouraging LMX to become an interesting research focus among scholars. This work aims investigate outstanding characteristics quality following engaged employees high performance. study employs a systematic literature review. It explores identifies LMX, engagement, conclusion says it reveals various concepts. However, quite few them accommodate cultural context particular life society, which considerably hinders sound atmosphere.
